Positive: The location was perfect for the Christmas Market and Krampus Parade. The facility was lovely and the breakfast exceptional. It is a wonderful little hotel in a fairy tale town.
Negative: The staff had no clue as to what was going on the night of December 5, which is a very big deal in this lovely, little town. They were kind but not particularly informed. Be aware that this hotel can not add an elevator because of its UNESCO status. It is a wonderful place to stay but may be difficult for someone with mobility issues.

Positive: Amazing location just in the heart of Česky Krumlov. Very convenient. Staff were very welcoming with good hospitality. Good breakfast very yummy 😋 Rooms were large in size na dwell equipped We also liked the shuttle from parking which was far from the hotel.
Negative: We were at the top floor with an upgraded rooms so we had to climb more than 4 floors with no elevator (around 70 steps) If you forgot something in the room we never got back to take it. The shower- for 177 cm tall the roof is very low so you must shower while sitting otherwise you can’t stand, very weird!!! Also no blinds on the windows you wake up very early.
Summary: Ig you stay in the lower floors it should be a very good place to stay. Location is super and you can rely on the staff

Positive: Staff were amazing, they took care of us on short notice!! We really appreciate there support on helping with the elderly. Rooms were good, decorated nice, bathrooms also good.

Positive: This is a charming little hotel right in the center of town. Although the rooms were small, they were very comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. There is also a very nice restaurant on the property.

Positive: Nice small hotel with very helpful staff. Although most staff didn't speak much english, but tried their best, the reception staff did. Breakfast was good and you could have it in the terrace. There is the possibility to book a parking spot outside the center, because of cars restrictions, they also offer to drive you from the parking to the hotel.
Negative: The bathroom was outdated and had mold on the shower which could have been solve with proper cleaning. We asked for extra pillows that didn't arrived because of shortage. The parking lot directions were a bit confusing because it is situated by the municipality parking lot.
